Our main objective is your happiness with our product. Keeping that in mind, if you are not happy with the product for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy strictly.

1. Policy in INDIA
    • You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Refunds are processed after the products are received back.
    • We process C.O.D refunds through Non-Cash Transactions.
    • Products offered on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange/refund.
    • A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.

 

2. POLICY OUTSIDE INDIA
    • We offer 45 days return policy to account for shipping delays.
    • Refunds are applicable in case of lost shipments.
    • Exchange is accepted only if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
    • For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
3. FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
    • E-mail your order number and product picture within 2 days of delivery. Our email id is mail@zwahrat.com.
    • In case of damaged product, an email confirming the return or exchange will be sent to you after we cross-check the damage/ incorrect product.
    • The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is shipped back.
    • We shall dispatch fresh / correct product only after we inspect and check the physical product.
    • For being eligible for exchange, product must be unused and untampered.
    • It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
    • All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
