1. Policy in INDIA

- You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are processed after the products are received back.
- We process C.O.D refunds through Non-Cash Transactions.
- Products offered on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange/refund.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
2. POLICY OUTSIDE INDIA

- We offer 45 days return policy to account for shipping delays.
- Refunds are applicable in case of lost shipments.
- Exchange is accepted only if the order is damaged in transit or the customer has received a wrong product.
- For any exchange, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
3. FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

- E-mail your order number and product picture within 2 days of delivery. Our email id is mail@zwahrat.com.
- In case of damaged product, an email confirming the return or exchange will be sent to you after we cross-check the damage/ incorrect product.
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is shipped back.
- We shall dispatch fresh / correct product only after we inspect and check the physical product.
- For being eligible for exchange, product must be unused and untampered.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
